Colony Homes and Commodore Homes of Pennsylvania have each received a 2012 ENERGY STAR Leadership in Housing Award. Each year, EPA recognizes builders that achieve specific levels of accomplishments with Leadership in Housing Awards. This award recognizes the important contribution Commodore Homes and Colony Homes have made to energy-efficient construction and environmental protection by building more than 1,000 ENERGY Star qualified homes in 2011. Collectively, these homes will save customers over $400,000 on utility bills each year.
