Pennwest introduced three NEW models at this year’s Fall Show Extravaganza! (9-14-09)

Cimarron - HW107A Fairfield - HS121A Danbury - HR130A

The Cimarron, a 1,352 square foot ranch home that features three bedrooms, two baths in an open floorplan where the Kitchen and Living Room is separated with a snack bar large enough to seat four people. The NEW option that got everyone’s attention was the attached garage that can be built as a ‘handy man’s special’ (as shown in pictures) or finished by Pennwest.  Garage doors are done on-site by others.

The Fairfield, a 1,968 square foot two-story may be ‘one of a kind’.  To our knowledge, this is the only two story plan that features a Master Bedroom on the first floor in a plan that is small enough to ship on two carriers.  This means a significant cost savings on freight. The upstairs showcases another living area or game room, two bedrooms separated by a ‘Jack & Jill’ bath, which gives two independent lavs with a common Garden Tub.

The Danbury, a 1,647 square foot ranch home with three bedrooms, a glamour bath just off the master suite, and a formal dining room that bumps out. The floorplan offers four different kitchens to choose from as well as three ‘lifestyle’ rooms replacing the dining room if you prefer.  Flexibility makes this plan popular among many types of families.
