All homes made by Manorwood Homes are constructed with many standard features that exceed building code requirements. Every home is built with 2X6" exterior walls and 2X4" interior walls. Every house we build is well insulated - a minimum of R30 insulation in the ceiling and R19 in all exterior walls. Every home is also fully protected by structural grade OSB sheathing around the entire exterior.
