The New Horizon Series

This series of homes includes Ranches, T-Ranches, Cape Cods, and 2-Story Colonials. Generous kitchen designs with built in pantry cabinets, peninsulas, snack bars, deep well stainless steel sink with a quality name-brand single lever faucet with spray attachment, all standard. Many of our luxury bathrooms come with full height oak linen cabinetry and a deck mounted soaking spa tub trimmed with decorative oak panels or ceramic tile.

The Five Star Selection

This series includes three great homes that have several options to create a plan to meet your needs for a home. You can choose from 2 ranch plans (Five Star Plus and Five Star Ranch) or from a 2-Story Colonial plan. (Five Star 2-Story)

The Universal Lifestyle Homes

Manorwood's Universal Lifestyle Homes are designed for people of all ages, meeting the diverse needs of everyone in all stages of life. The wide range of Universal Lifestyle Homes features enables all generations of home buyers to own a beautiful quality home that meets their individual needs, rather than having to adapt to existing home design. Homes that are already designed to meet these needs are: Carefree (NE303A), The Infinity (NH342A), Independence (RL504A) and the Freehaven (NH341A).
