    American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 - Extended (11-11-09)

    November 6th, 2009 the tax credit for first time home buyers was extended into April 30th, 2010. This extension includes up to a possible $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers and NOW offers up to a possible $6,500 tax credit to current home owners that are qualifying taxpayers to April 30th, 2010.

    American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (3-09)

    Signed into law on February, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act authorizes a tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009.

    Briefly, the tax credit is for first-time home buyers only and does not have to be repaid. The tax credit is equal to 10 percent of the home's purchase price up to a maximum of $8,000. The credit is available for homes purchased on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009. There are some additional qualifications related to income and length of time in the home.

Click the “Register” link in the top right corner of any page through-out Commodore’s website and you can start to build a home of your dreams. You will be able save and customize homes with options that are available, contact builders and download PDF brochures of homes of homes that you are interested in and receive information from Commodore via e-mail if you choose.
