Standards & Features

All homes made by Commodore Homes of Indiana - whether modular or manufactured - are constructed with many standard features. Every home is built with 2x6" exterior walls and 2x4" interior walls. We use drywall exclusively in all of our homes - and every wall is primed. Every house we build is well insulated - a minimum of R31 insulation in the ceiling and R19 in all exterior walls. Every home is also fully protected by OSB sheathing around the entire exterior.
